I found a promo code and it actually worked, so I saved a little on the tickets. that was a nice surprise. Not life-changing or anything, but hey, I was weirdly excited about it. Happy with it overall.

I got the confirmation right away, and there haven’t been any strange card issues afterward. I’m usually a bit skeptical about paying for tickets online, but this felt safe enough, which is really the main thing I care about.

The annoying part is that they make it sound like managing your account will be quick and straightforward, but it really isn’t. Changing info or trying to find older orders feels clunky, and I ended up clicking around way more than I should have. Definitely not as smooth as promised.

Support did get back to me when I asked, which I appreciate, but the overall experience still feels a bit half-finished. It works, but if you’re going to promise an easy account system, it should actually feel easy to use.
